Soulify Biz Box Terms & Conditions
Please review these Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
1. Quarterly Subscriptions
A Quarterly Subscription (also referred to as "Subscription") consists of an initial Box (also referred to as "Box," "Subscription Box", "Soulify Biz Lite", or "Soulify Biz Box") and an additional Box sent out quarterly thereafter—shipping in February, May, August, and November. Each Box contains an assortment of books, digital products, food, personal health, and lifestyle consumer products selected by the Paper Source merchant team. Each Box may not contain all of the said product categories. Soulify Biz Box may substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary. If you sign up for a Quarterly Subscription, your card will be authorized for $49.95 once to confirm your card then you will be charged $49.95 quarterly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your Box ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $49.95 at the time of shipment for each Box (four times a year). Your subscription will automatically renew each Quarter. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.
2. Product Descriptions
We try to make the site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.
3. Product Use Disclaimer
We at Soulify Biz Box are not doctors and cannot give out medical advice. Healing crystals, essential oils, herbs, oils, incense, candles, and other types of energy work should be used as a complement to other therapies and not as a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or examination. For medical advice, please consult a licensed healthcare specialist. If you have a health issue, you should consult your doctor and make complementary healing part of a complete health care program. Soulify Biz Box would like to advise that when we talk about, discuss or hand out literature relating to the healing properties of essential oils, herbs, crystals and stones, we are communicating our own personal beliefs and the results of our own extensive research. Just because an essential oil, crystal or herb is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you will definitely experience or benefit from any such properties.
4. Personal Use Only
Products are for your personal use only. You agree not to sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from us in connection with your Subscription. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as we determine in our sole discretion.
5. Third Party Links
Certain content and services available via our Boxes may include materials from third parties. Third party links in our boxes may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third parties. We do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third party materials, websites, content, or services of third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.
6. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are quarterly and automatically renew. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription after receiving your any box, make sure to do so before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. You will be notified prior to shipment and provided an opportunity to cancel via our website. There are no cancellation fees. You may also cancel your Subscription by contacting us at email@example.com and request the cancellation.
7. Return Policy
All Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Box, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Soulify Biz Box.
Soulify Biz Box offers $3.50 ($2.50 for Soulify Biz Lite) standard U.S. shipping using a carrier of our choice. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the Box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Subscriptions available to contiguous U.S. addresses only. Subscriptions are not available to be shipped internationally at this time.
